How to turn the Creative Writing Programme Website into an online Community

Dear All

I've just been messaged by Robin Houghton who is on the Advanced Poetry Workshop. Robin is an expert in social media and contacted me to suggest ways in which we could use the website more effectively to share information and ideas. If you go into your 'Home' block in the Navigation panel on the left of your web page and click 'Site Pages' then 'Site Blogs' you can read her blog and watch the accompanying video. It's an inspiring piece ... and if you feel suitably inspired, why not go on to write your own blog for everyone on the programme? You can do this by clicking on 'My Profile', then 'Blogs' , then 'Add a new entry'. If more people were to get active on the site - as Robin is encouraging us to - we could share a lot more information on interviews, events, thoughts, personal meditations on writing, writing related webpages etc. Check out Robin's blog and let's crank this website up another gear!

All best

Mark
