Dear All,
I hope you have managed to stay connected to family and friends over the summer and have found time to relax and stay positive. Hopefully, we have seen the worst of the pandemic and by next spring we will be able to see a bit more of each other.
You may have heard that New Writing South have decided that the Writers' Place is not a safe environment to run classes at the moment. What we used to consider 'cosy', now in a socially-distanced world does not allow us to maintain necessary health and hygiene standards. We are therefore going to be teaching all courses online from October. We will review the situation next year and if it is perfectly safe to do so will find alternative space in the centre of Brighton where we can run classes.
Meanwhile, we are advertising our online courses for October. If you know of anyone who might be interested in studying with us, please could you forward the flyers with details of our Taster Sessions in September that I have attached to this post.
