Dear All,

Just a quick heads up for those of you who live in or near Brighton. To celebrate our collaboration with the wonderful Kemptown Bookshop we are kicking off a series of Creative Writing Programme (CWP) readings in the top room of the bookshop. We only want to cover costs on this, so tickets will be just £5 (entrance and a drink). These events will be solely for writers on the CWP and their immediate friends/partners. We want it to be an evening where you can get to know other CWP writers, listen to their work and, if you feel like it, stand up and read your own! As the space is limited we are limiting tickets to two per person. Tickets will be first come first served - but don't worry, there will be plenty of readings over the year.

Dates for your diaries are:

Saturday 19th November 7.30 - 9pm

Thursday 15th December 7.30 - 9pm

I will add details of who is reading soon and send out a ticket link. Meanwhile, if you would like to read and haven't given your name to your writing tutor, please contact me mark.slater@creativewritingprogramme.org.uk

All best

Mark
