Someone has kindly pointed out that the Writers' Forums have not been set up properly to allow everyone to access them and add emails and discussion threads. I have corrected this mistake. You can now use the Writers' Forums on your course pages by clicking on the Writers' Forum at the top of the page and once this page has opened, clicking on 'Add a New Topic'. This will allow you to send group emails to your group and to post work for them to download. Just add your message and scroll down the page to the Upload section.
Tutors please note that the News Forums are now 'hidden' though they can still be used by tutors and admin to send out messages.
